- guarantee both respect of CMO business rules and functional architecture of the transverse tools
- control of operational risks through KPI
- centralize, validate and communicate settings requests from Middle Office managers to support teams
Studies and writing of documents submitted to CMO management:
- elaborate documents for Settings Committees
- design workflows for RD department's procedures
- edit a cartography for Glory on European, Asian and New York perimeters
- audit on structural discrepancies on European and Asian field in order to submit solutions
1/ Identification of product types concerned by a significant volume of lines categorized as structural discrepancies (by use of Glory weekly KPI) on all CMO perimeters
2/ Questioning of MO teams to collect the explanations behind the main volumes identified and carry cross analysis
