    Paris 2015 - 2016 IT Transformation is the program aiming to implement SAP ERP as a unique business system across all corporate functions. For Supply Chain, SAP ERP will replace the 20+ legacy applications.
     Identification, reporting, analysis and resolution/mitigation of functional gaps between the 20+ Supply Chain legacy applications and SAP ERP.
    By offering me to work in a very complex environment with a large variety of actors, this experience gives me a wider and more defined vision of the business systems landscape.
  • Schlumberger - Logistics Systems Manager

    Paris 2011 - 2015 GOLD (Global Oilfield Logistics and Delivery) is the system developed and owned by Schlumberger that organizes,
    coordinates and controls the logistics and distribution of all equipment, materials and supplies needed by oilfield
    entities through one worldwide organization.
    * 2011 key system figures: 1260 users - 520k order lines - $1.8B, 310 KTon goods shipped - 84 countries. ;
    * Management of 4 systems L2 support team (5 engineers) and L3 developers team (7 engineers): budget
    preparation, cost control, financial and human resources allocations, performance appraisals and
    development plans...
    * Integration, migration and decommission of processes and systems: integration with acquired companies,
    change hubs process from cross-dock to stocking and distribution, integration with Financial and BI systems,
    replacement of local Logistics systems...
    This position enlarged the scope of my knowledge on systems management and developed my creativity and
    initiative.

    Paris 2007 - 2011 * 2007 key system figures: 920 users - 615k order lines - $2.1B, 370 KTon goods shipped - 80 countries. ;
    * Supervision of the system L2 support team (3 engineers) and L3 developers team (5 engineers): guidelines,
    procedures, human resource allocations, review of deliveries...
    * System processes improvements: IT processes performance improvement, automated L2 routine jobs,
    server enhancements/replacements...
    * Continuous exchange of knowledge with system developers, L2 and end-users.
    * Implementation of new business processes: explosives handling, transportation services, complete reset of
    KPIs, barcoding, interfaces, hubs relocation.
    This evolution offered me to have a global view on the support of an application. This also improved my ability to
    drive projects under pressure environments, and my communication skills.
  • Schlumberger Logistics - Logistics System Engineer

    2004 - 2007 * 2004 key system figures: 470 users - 320k order lines - $780M, 250 KTon goods shipped - 72 countries. ;
    * Level 2 support and development of the system and processes (MRP implementation, stock review, support
    and reports to the Logistics and Finance functions ...)
    * Propose and analyze process improvements to keep the system abreast of evolving internal and external
    requirements.
    * Training of Schlumberger Supply Chain and Third Party Logistics personnel (abt 50 persons trained).
    * Participate in the implementation of new hubs: Stonehouse (GB), Calgary and Shanghai.
    * Conduction of hubs logistics process audits: Dubai, Houston and Rotterdam.
    * Ensure full compliance of GOLD parameters and processes with Trade Control Policy.
    This experience makes me develop my reactivity and pragmatism, by acting as the focal point for all GOLD logistics
    system and process related matters. It was also for me the opportunity to become accustomed to the Supply Chain
    systems.
