En résumé

Dynamic and always looking for new challenges in an international environment, I earlier in my life chose to specialized myself in Asian Business. Then today, by being a strong relay between both Chinese and European culture, I wish to be able to help companies better understand each other markets and way of working.

My experience in the commercial and production field, and also my ability to master Chinese language and culture able me today to be efficient in different fields, and more especially in the purchasing, sourcing, commercial and supply field.

    Villeneuve d'Ascq 2014 - maintenant Responsible for the management of 7 suppliers and new products development in the nutrition field, for sport design OEM product (chocolate, sport drinks, proteins, sport gels, mineral water, powder drinks, etc.) in China:

    In charge of new suppliers opening process and daily management:
    - Sourcing and identification of potential new supplier
    - Social responsibility, quality and food safety pre-assessment audit + continuous improvement
    - Business & Negotiation: price, payment terms, INCOTERM, LT, MOQ, etc.

    Responsible of new products development:
    - Define and apply the technical specifications, QC sheet, control plan for each products
    - Guarantee the product conformity with the local regulation and Decathlon standards
    - Make and validate the conception of new products

    Quality responsible:
    - Responsible of quality controls in the suppliers
    - Responsible for quality indicators management and follow up

  • Oxylane (Decathlon) - Supply Production Leader - Shanghai

    2013 - 2014 Supply & purchasing:
    - Buyer for a purchase amount of 2.1 Millions USD/Year and for a quantity of 1.7 Millions PCE/Year.
    - In charge of the supply chain and logistic: 5 suppliers, more than 25 containers sent around the world every years

    Supply KPI improvement:
    - Responsible of the supply chain key indicator follow up and improvement: lead-time reduction / delivery on time / price decrease / Stock availability and coverage / forecast reliability
    - In charge of SSE audit (supplier supply evaluation) to evaluate the supply level and risks of the suppliers and work on continuous improvement

    Accounting management:
    - Budget preparation and Profit & Lost account analysis for my activity

    Sourcing & Opening:
    - Leading sourcing projects in the agro-chemical field
    - In charge of the Legal procedure for a panel of Chinese suppliers: contracts, payment terms

  • Oxylane (Decathlon) - Stagiaire - Assistant Brand Manager

    2012 - 2012 To develop one of Decathlon own brand (Aptonia) in China through different mission:

    - Strategic management to define the future strategy of development for the brand
    
- Leading logistic projects: lead the project to launch a new cold chain to supply our products sensitive to temperature through our stores in China (for a gain of 5M CNY of TO/year) / Create and implement a SOP to make sure that FIFO is respected in our logistic chain
    - Define the range plan and meet external suppliers
    - Bench Marketing on the agro-chemical field (sport nutrition, hydration, cosmetics, proteins)

  • Décathlon Oxylane - Chine - Stagiaire - Responsable en approvisionnement

    2011 - 2011 Approvisionnement d'environ 200 produits de la marque Tribord pour les magasins Décathlons en Chine:
    - Placer les commandes
