    During 2008-2009, took the initiative to convince Faurecia Top Management to install engineering activities in Turkey in order to reinforce strategic positioning in local market: Local customer & engineering branch office settled in Gebze in October 2010. Total > 1BTL incentive & tax exemption collected between 2011-2012.

    2003 - 2010 Major Achievements:
    Organic growth of Faurecia Interior BG in Turkey from 27M EUR towards 110M EUR with 100% accessible market penetration.

  • Valeo - Sales & Project Manager

    Paris 2000 - 2003 Responsibilities:
    Responsible for business development.
    Managing commercial relations with OEMs in Turkey and abroad. Customers including Renault, Renault Trucks, Volvo Trucks, Volvo Penta, Deutz and Valeo aftermarket.
    Manage labor intensive product and process’ transfers from high cost countries.

    Achievements:
    Doubled the activity within 3 years by transferring labor intensive products from France to Turkey.
    Lead the development of a complete new production process for starter product line. Labor intensive process transformed to automatic process and Turkish plant transferred to Poland.

  • Valeo - Production Manager - Starter Business Unit

    Paris 2000 - 2001 Responsibilities:
    Manager of 183 employee including 6 engineers.
    Responsible for all production activities -including methods, quality, logistics, production planning, maintenance- targeting zero defects, zero breakdowns, cost reduction & continuous improvement.
    Responsible to build and meet the budget deliverables.
    Responsible for customer QCD targets and internal productivity objectives.

    Achievements:
    Complete production flow optimization, 15 % Productivity increase and 6 % stock decrease obtained, 210 square meters production area saved in 2000.
    TRS survey on critical processes, 20 % productivity increase recorded on average till end of S1/2001.

  • Valeo - After Sales Quality Responsible

    Paris 1998 - 2000 Responsible for customer relations when related to quality.
    Monitor customer satisfaction and non-quality cost.
    Installing the PDCA problem solving method, leading workshops for quality improvement activities.

  • SIEMENS Automotive - Quality Manager

    Saint-Denis 1998 - 1998 Manager of 14 employee including 3 engineers.
    Responsible of all quality activities of Turkish production plant.

  • SIEMENS Automotive - Quality Engineer

    Saint-Denis 1996 - 1998 Installed the quality system of Greenfield SIEMENS wiring harness production plant.
