Planning, coordinating, executing and supervising the proper conduct of ceremonies, special events, official social functions and visits of distinguished visitors.
Developing comprehensive concept plans for official visits and special functions
Greeting and escorting distinguished visitors through their visit or arranges for suitable escorts and transportation.
As a Press Officer:

- writing press releases and news articles
- liaising with the press and broadcast media on an everyday basis via telephone, email and networking
