PhD in glycomics and mass spectrometry of glycoproteins, I've been involving in thorough characterisation of glyco-related attributes of several (lacto)recombinant and natural therapeutic glycoproteins using state-of-the-art biochemical, chromatographic and mass spectrometric approaches. I've got a strong expertise in mammalian glycobiology, glycomics/(glyco)proteomics, glycoanalytics, and glycoengineering. I've been also involved in the development of advanced LC/MS-based methods for the characterisation of PTM and higher-order structures of many glycoproteins including coagulation factors and monoclonal antibodies. My scientific contributions were valued through internal reports, operating procedures, patents, scientific publications and oral/poster presentations at internal/external meetings.
