Entreprises

  • Rice University - Post-doctoral Associate

2018 - maintenant Planetary science research:
    - Constraining sedimentary processes to back out to the initial igneous processes (use of Curiosity rover data - Mars)
    - Trace elements behavior in melts (Mars, Earth and other planetary bodies)
    - Experimental research / Thermodynamical modeling
  • Cnrs - Staff Scientist

Paris 2017 - 2018 Reception and interpretation of ChemCam data from the Curiosity rover located in Gale crater on Mars planet
    - Mars Science Laboratory (MSL) Science Team Collaborator
    - ChemCam Playload Downlink Lead
  • IPGP - Internship

2014 - 2014 ``Isotope Stable'' lab in IPGP, Paris, France with Isabelle Martinez and Mathilde Cannat: Carbonation of
natural serpentines dragged in the Indian Ocean ridge.
Technical skills: microprobe, SEM, DRX, Raman, FIB sampling preparation, TEM.
Summary: Understanding of natural processes of serpentine carbonation: observation of distinct kind of contacts
between carbonates and serpentines, characterization of the type of carbonates that precipitated and their
temperature of formation, deduction of tectonic and hydrothermal context of serpentine carbonation.
  • California Institute of Technology - Internship

2013 - 2013 with Sarah Lambart, Mike Baker & Ed Stolper: Characterization of volcanic
samples collected during the deepest phase of the Hawaii Drilling Project (HDSP-2).
Technical skills: sampling preparation (polishing and carbonating), electronic microprobe (calibrations and
    analyzes), alphaMELTS model
Summary: I analyzed glasses and minerals major elements composition of samples from the deepest part of the
HSDP-2 core coming from Mauna Kea volcano, in Hawaii. I compared my results with younger rocks analyzes
published in previous studies. I used alphaMELTS to understand the fractionation path, the functioning of the
magma chamber, and to find the primary magma composition.
    (publication in preparation)
  • University of Pierre and Marie - Internship

2012 - 2012 ISTEP with Benoît Villemant, University of Pierre and Marie Curie (UPMC), France: Characterization
of volcanic samples collected during IODP 340 in Caraiibean sea.
Technical skills: sampling preparation (select minerals and chip of glasses, cleaning and preparation for the
    microprobe), microprobe analyzes.
Summary: This study was the basis of current research concerning submarine samples off the coast of Martinique
and Dominica. I analyzed minerals and glasses major elements composition of samples from IODP 340 core coming
from Caraiibean sea in order to find precise compositional characteristics of each sample volcano origin.
