    2006 - 2011 Management of scientific projects on Neuronal degeneration, using mouse and Embryonic stem cells differentiation models.
    I discovered the ambivalent roles of Galectin-1 in neuro-degeneration caused by epilepsy, and in neuro-protection.
    I supervised student groups for practical lessons. I also supervised a master student and lab trainees.

  • CNRS/University Louis Pasteur of Strasbourg - Research assistant (PhD student)

    2003 - 2006 Management of scientific projects on innate immunity, using the drosophila model.
    I discovered the role of a PGRP family member in bacterial recognition and of some other members in the regulation of the fly’s immune reaction. I also supervised a technician student.

    STRASBOURG 2001 - 2002 I effectively replaced an experienced tenured counter clerk and provided financial services to the business customers.

  • IFREMER - Technical Project manager (Military service period)

    Issy-les-Moulineaux 2000 - 2001 I successfully managed the technical aspects of a shrimp genotyping project, and delivered in time a scientific final report. I also developed a program to estimate cost and time needs for similar projects.
