J'ai 10 années d'expérience acquise principalement dans l'oil & gas mais aussi comme chef de projet dans les télécoms sous marins et toujours dans un rôle de coordination technique ou contractuelle d'acteurs très différents, tant par leur culture (US, Moyen-Orient, Asie) que par leur intérêts (client, sous traitant, partenaire).

Responsible for monitoring the construction progress of modules subcontracted as EPC, expediting field engineering or QC matters, preparing integration and commissioning.
Liaising internally with project control, field engineering, QC mgr, and externally with subcontractor’s construction manager.

Responsible for controlling interface issues : 13 modules / 10 Subcontractors / 5 working sites.
In charge of issuing and implementing interfaces management plan at project level, identifying gaps and related risks, solving identified issues by coordinating work packages coordinators.
Liaising with engineering, procurement, construction, completion, operation and contract managers.

Responsible for
managing interfaces between Saipem, Client and their main contractors for Subsea, Umbilical, Risers and Flowlines (SURF) parts.
acting as Area Manager for the construction & pre-commissioning works related to the integration of SURF items on the FPSO.
preparing offshore phase with Offshore Mgr for hook up to risers, moorings and controls equipment.
Liaising externally with Client Interface advisor, subcontractor’s integration manager, SURF interface mgrs and internally with other Area Mgrs, Offshore & Contract Mgrs, field engineering.

R&D Project Coordinator - France & Offshore Brazil (Test Campaigns) – 2 years.
Responsible for leading studies and tests from mathematical model to design software certification, managing onshore and offshore full scale tests including specific equipment design & fabrication.
Accountable for planning and budget (1.5 M€).
Liaising with pipe factories, test equipment subcontractors, offshore dpt and clients for full scale tests.
Test & Consolidation Engineer – R&D Competence center – France - 1 year.
Responsible for developing pipes design tools, testing products and assisting projects’ engineering.
Liaising with pipe factories, project task forces, research centers (French Petroleum Institute - IFP).
