    Paris 2013 - maintenant A key member of the Client Integration team, providing a unique interface for onboarding both new and existing OTC counterparties. Has been instrumental in transforming systems and strategies to provide a consistent, global on-boarding service for the tier one clients targeted.

    Oversees the effective communication of the on-boarding process to internal stakeholders. Manages, co-ordinates and tracks the prioritisation process.
    • Proactively proposes the right solutions and facilitates OTC on boarding requests primarily through: Risk Capital Markets (Risk-IM) and KYC
    • Manages due-diligence (KYC-DD), Legal Department (CIB-Legal) and Collateral Management
    • Provides solutions that involve a detailed understanding of Risk, Legal, KYC and Collateral obligation parameters so that mitigants can be found to onboard clients more efficiently
    • Expert in the initiation of the strategies required to ensure organisational compliance to both new and existing regulations, within highly governed financial environments
    • Has responsibility for the gathering of all financial and on boarding information for the EMIR region
    Successfully interacts and communicates with Sales/Clients and the internal bank functions to ensure maximum transparency for OTC on boarding requests
    • Ensures global co-ordination across the overall on boarding process, ensuring the timely provision of the required answers, and a satisfactory resolution for any questions/issues put forwarded by a potential client
    • Works as a Project Manager for the on-boarding of key clients
    • Employs a strong understanding of the on boarding process and flows between the internal departments
    Maintains regular contact across the business partner teams and especially with:
    • Senior business people (Sales, Investor Relationship Management and Heads of Desk, FX, Credit, Interest Rate Derivatives, REPO, Global Equities Structured and Flow).
    • Risk Management, Legal Department and KYC/Due-diligence
    • External clients (specifically Legal, Credit and Operations Counterparts)
    Ensures Best Practice across the daily Client Integration Facilitators role
    • Ensures that on boarding production and ad hoc query resolution is completed in a timely manner
    • Manages the end to end level of service produced, to meet client's/internal stakeholders expectation
