I am currently a project manager in a WIFI company.

I work from London, but my projects are spread throughout France, Africa and UK.

My main mission consists in managing people, plannings, meetings with managers, but also money, equipment orders as well as finding solutions in the differents project that I have to handle in parallel that may be up to 90 to 100 at a time.

    PARIS 2016 - maintenant I am in charge of deploying all the LAN and WAN architecture for my customers which are : Hotels, Student establishment, Military area, Motorway service area... but also some B2B customers...
    I am also in charge of the International Projects : in UK, Africa, Spain... As I speak French (mother tongue), English (fluent), Spanish (fluent).
    Deal with our integrator for the LAN installation and managed them during all the projects : controlling their Wifi Site Survey / controlling their LAN installation with Ethernet Cable, Coaxial Cable, Optic Fiber, or MESH installation.
    Cost Control
    Process redaction for supplier, subcontractors and internal departments.
    Establishment of reporting for my different customers, meeting organisation, Kick-Off etc...
    I use to manage all the services I may work with : marketing, business, core network, exploitation etc... as everybody can understand what are my needs during my project.

  • GrDF - Gas Project Manager

    Paris 2011 - 2013 Renewal,creation and extension of the gas networks in the city of Paris by differents techniques. Following two to four projects in parallel

    Planning, organizing, managing and controlling various projects to improve the gas network in the city of Paris according to the scope, schedule and budget.

    Review Client's / Sub-contractor technical documentation.

    Checking the first steps of the studies done by another team. Then help engineering to detail designs to construction and valid the best propositions.

    Purchase of the material necessary for the construction of the construction site.

    Coordinates subcontracted discipline engineering activities for multi- projects.

    Coordinate the operations during the different phases of the project.
    Management and control of interfaces with third parties (City of Paris, Partners, Contractors) for all project works.

    Verify that engineering tasks are strictly carried out in compliance with the contract requirements, and in particular with the Company’s safety philosophy, recognized engineering practices, project specifications and standards.

    Validation of the phases with the differents parties.
    Develop cost estimate at the beginning and at the end of the project to calculate the difference and evaluate the investment for the future project.

    Payment of the suppliers and the Sub-contractor.

    2011 - 2011 Objectif 1 : Gestion de l’évolution de la maquette numérique: Traiter les modifications et demandes d’évolution.

    2010 - 2011 Objectif 1 : Gestion de l’évolution des configurations : Traiter les modifications et demandes d’évolution des équipes: Production, Electricité, Fuel, Harnais, Structure etc...
    Objectif 2 : Donner l’avancement des configurations des appareils (Prototypes, Séries…)
    Objectif 3 : Reporting : Création des objets demandés par les différentes équipes grâce aux outils PUZZLE, VPM et Excel.
    Objectif 4 : Création et Diffusion des VCI dans VPM.
    Objectif 5 : Diffusion des VCI mises à jour dans VPM à toutes les équipes.
    Objectif 6 : Réalisation d’Extracts sous VPM permettant de voir l’évolution des configurations des appareils.
    Objectif 7 : Archivage des données ‘’papier’’ traitées dans VPM.
    Objectif 8 : Création de documents techniques sur Word permettant de suivre la procédure de la réalisation d’un des objectifs.
