Taches principale :
- Achat local : Superviser une acheteuse. Négociation des prix avec les fournisseurs locaux.
- Transit : Superviser 2 coordinateurs transit. Suivre, réceptionner et livrer les expéditions aux navires en opération au Congo. Interface avec les agents et les autorités.
- Stock : Gérer et réapprovisionner un stock de 6 millions d’euros de pièces détaché. (1 Stock Manager et 5 Magasiniers). Implémentation d’Oracle Stock, Min Max.
2013 - 2014Deploy and follow up on maintenance standart in the international repair shipyards of Bourbon.
Update data base and deploy best practice for the Bourbon Maintenance Software (GMAO)
Deploy a Stock Management Process, tools and best practices.
Visit all the affiliates of the Group (mainly in West Africa, Asia, Gulf, and Brazil) to audit and train the local staff.
Bourbon Offshore
- VIE method engineer
2012 - 20131 year VIE in Pointe Noire, Congo. Position base in the Surfer Repair center off Bourbon Offshore Congo.
Plan and organise the maintenance of the Congo Surfer fleet (100 crew boat).
Review the Plan Maintenance System.
Update the maintenance Software (GMAO).
Assist Sock Manager.
Develop Petroleum Industry knowledge with couple visit offshore, many inpection of Offshore vessel such as PSV an ATHS and MPSV, interaction with major oil company.
South East Asia Shipyard

2011 - 20118 months Engineer internship in Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam.
Project engineer in a shipyard. Manage the construction of an 15 meter fishing vessel.
Manage a crew of 10 peoples. Follow up on design, construction, planning, budget and quality.
