Vincent LE FLOHIC

Vincent currently helds the position of Vice-President of Global Purchasing - Tools Development. He reports to Schneider Electric Chief Purchasing Officer.

15 years experience in Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations, Supplier Relationship Management and Cost Reduction Expertise. International know-how & experience (Europe, USA, Taiwan, China, India, Philippines, Japan).

Before Sept 2010, Vincent was Director of Purchasing and spent 4 years within the management staff of the APC-by-Schneider 'IT' BU in EMEA.

Prior to Schneider-Electric, Vincent used to be the Cost Reduction Program Manager for Hewlett-Packard's Personal System Group's PC Global Business Unit. In this role, he was acting as a change agent leading strategic cost reduction efforts for the Houston based BU. He was also acting as the pan-HP cost reduction expert, leading efforts - lobbying and coaching - for all other HP entities in their adoption and deployment of cost reduction practices. During his career at HP, Vincent has also been Vendor Account Manager, Strategic Project Buyer within the ODM Procurement Group and Procurement Supply Chain Engineer. He joined HP in 1996 as a R&D Chip Design Test Engineer in HP Fort Collins – Colorado.

Prior to HP, his career included work with Philips (R&D), and a 1-year+ position in support and maintenance activities within the nuclear site of Marcoule, (AREVA) - France.

Graduated ‘Ingénieur’ from Supélec, Gif-Sur-Yvette. He also received both DEA (Post MSEE diploma in Advanced Computer Architecture from University Paris-Sud Orsay) and MSEE degrees from the Univertité des Sciences et Techniques du Languedoc, Montpellier, France.

Vincent's current goal is to keep working in dynamic and multinational environments where its skills - management of purchasing/procurement, technical background, cost reduction and global team management - dramatically help businesses improve their margins while achieving customers’ satisfaction.
