En résumé

Après avoir évolué comme designer dans la téléphonie fixe, j'ai une expérience de plus de 15 ans en management d'équipes et gestion de projet de type réseau mobile. Le monde des Télécom étant en évolution permanente, l'adaptation à de nouvelles stratégies et à de nouvelles technologies est mon quotidien. Ces changements de produits ou projets ont été vécus à titre individuel mais aussi d'équipes. A ce titre, j'ai assuré de nombreuses fois la montée en compétence et en charge de nouvelles ressources que ce soit en R&D ou en support IT.

    • Apply same process on each site to support R&D team and validate R&D customer projects (~ 200 people). For example: configuration management for R&D Teams on 3 sites (~200 people)
