Duing a first experience of 3 years in a glass manufacturing company producing microbeads in a continuous production process, I brought many improvements regarding furnaces management (sensors, regulation, PLC development). As a project manager, I also learned a lot about how to respect deadlines and budget in an international environnement.
Then I moved to a small company creating specialized machines, dedicated for the visual inspection in the lumber industry. I actually manage a team of 10 persons that work all together to bring the production to the best level and get the scanners ready on time, at the best cost level. I am particularly experienced with all the kind of problems that are linked to the conception and the manufacturing of such specific and high level machines.
In 2016, I had the great opportunity to join Amazon, as European Manager for the Books On-Demand Manufacture. I take care of the production quality level and best practices share, in order to keep excellence in each of our European facility.
