Vincent began his career in 1997 at RS french subsidiary of RS Components Group, where he served as external communication officer.
He joined Poclain Hydraulics in 2001 as Group external communication manager to renew the image of the company.
He integrated Rhodia in 2005 and revived the internal and external communication of the company's flagship factory.
In 2009 he was appointed as external communication manager of the Polyamide Business of Rhodia.
From 2010 to 2016, he led Solvay Silica Business Unit's Communication in a fast growing market.
In 2016, he is nominated to head the Aroma Performance Business Unit Communication to accompany the President and his Executive Committee to transform and unleash the full potential the GBU.
He graduated from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Compiègne.
