As an International Program Manager at Alten RHA, I am currently working on the creation and transformation of new product at Arval - BNP Group
In this respect my responsibilities are to understand, within the new Business Model, what needs are at stakes and what functional and technical answers are to be provided in order for this new product to be efficient and profitable within a challenging deadline:
- Workshops and Business needs collection
- Designing Business Cases and Business Processes AS IS through other products
- Designing Business Cases and Business Processes TO BE within the new product
- Functional and Technical specification requirements
- Design the supporting IS platform
- Deliver and configurate a new Business Application through a Scrum methodology
I am responsible for the solution's deployment over France, Spain and UK. In this respect I manage an international and intercultural team of Business Analysts and Developers in order to deliver, through a Prince2 methodology, Business Processes and an application to suport each country's Business Model
