After a 6 months trip around New Zealand; I am yet in a high level challenge for 1DQ department for Stelia after a successful mission for QKDS department for Airbus. I agreed and deployed the quality organisation, GRAMS and APQP for A350-1000 programme and in the same time eradicate non conformance linked to manufacturing.
Now I am responsible to agree and to deploy the ASR, simplified GRAMS, in a new organisation, within a new environment and new supplier responsibilities.

Previously during more than five years of work experience as subcontractor for Airbus, I have been succeed in project management with worldwide suppliers Eaton, Honeywell, Senior Aerospace, Permaswage. My scope was technical note definition, manufacturing and qualification suppliers follow up. I was in charge to the Quality, Cost and On-time delivery and team performance. I introduced information by KPI. I defined and managed the planning by GPP methodology, to obtain best result from my team members I used LEAN methodology and continuous improvement. During these years I used MsProject, Unified Planning, Pack Office (Word, Excel and Power Point). All communication was in English.

For all of these missions the quality, time and cost aspects have to be taking account. The customers, the suppliers, the experts from different nationalities have to be managed to obtain the right result.

    Vélizy-Villacoublay 2011 - 2012 On behalf of Airbus, I manage two Indian teams, one of 10 engineers (components’ qualification by
    worldwide suppliers) another of 5 engineers (optimization of the components' weight, Digital Mock Up
    (DMU) studies and define the right installation according to the design principles)
    My tasks with the Indian teams are linked to Business, Expertise and Management:
    - Defining the offshorable activities with the customer and the hierarchy
    - Writing the offshore parts for the response to tenders
    - Leading the teams in solving problems
