    Paris 2008 - 2014 - Develop the Health Economics and Outcomes Research plan to optimize access to market in both public (national or regional tenders) and private (prescription) markets across the European area, in collaboration with marketing, medical and market access corporate departments.
    - Development of a network of key European health-economists, outcomes research and market access stakeholders.
    - Support to affiliates (19 in Western Europe): methodological support, implementation of studies and communication.
    - Responsible of the full project management:
    * Request for proposal, selection and management (resources, roll out plan) of private CROs or public universities
    * Project implementation and follow-up
    * Communication: design outreach plan and communicate (publications, congresses and health authorities: e.g. NCPE in Ireland, InVS / CTV in France, RIVM / CVZ in the Netherlands, TLV in Sweden).
