    2008 - 2008 J'ai démarré cette activité pour et avec le fabricant n°2 Européen dans le secteur (automatisation des pharmacies).
    Les marges se sont effondrées à notre arrivée. Il a été sagement décidé de laisser un accès direct du fabricant afin qu'il puisse se battre dans de bonnes conditions.
    Bref la structure a été lancée, 1 première vente a été réalisée. Mon associé continue l'aventure sans moi depuis Novembre 2008.
  • ARX Automating Pharmacies - Business Developer

    2004 - 2007 Market: Pharmacy automation.

    Product: Robot that automate the in- and output of the packs. No need of drawers anymore and no need to walk: the packs are delivered automatically to the counter.
    It provides savings in terms of time, space and better stock control. The robot keeps the pharmacy staff behind the counter for higher quality service and work efficiency.

    Business development: - market study,
    - launch of the Belgian structure,
    - introduce this new technology ( www.rowa.de ),
    - find partners and develop business alliances with fitters, software editors, wholesalers, etc.

    Sales:
    2004: € 669.000 (5 contracts).
    2005: € 849.000 (8 contracts).
    2006: € 1.310.000 (11 contracts).
    1st semester 2007: € 1.057.000 (9 contracts).

    Results: ARX has created and leads now the Belgian market. The huge potential has attracted newcomers.
    The structure has grown: 1 assistant, 1 technician and 4 salesmen.
