    Implementation of a Regasification Plant in the city of Dunkerque, in northern France, the Dunkerque Regasification Plant will be able to re-gasify 13 BCMA(Billion Cubic Meters per Annum) of Natural Gas, project with a total budget of 1,6 B EUR .

    Duties:

    * Verifies a quantity records submitted by the Subcontractors, according to data received from all work site assistants,
    * Preparation of MPC for Sub Contract Works(piping, Steel Structure , Equipment& Insulation), &Certifying sub contractor's payments,
    * Verification of Change Orders & Claims requested by the Subcontractors,
    * Assists in technical-administrative meetings with sub-contractors.
    * 1. Ingénieur Contrat, Mai 2014 à présent au sein de TS LNG SAS Regasification plants -
    Projet: (EPC)

    Implantation d'une usine de regazéification dans la ville de Dunkerque, nord de la France, cette usine sera en mesure de regazéifier 13 BMCA (Milliards Mètres Cubes par An) de Gaz Naturel, avec un budget total de 1,6 B EUR .

    Fonctions:

    * Vérifier les quantités présentées par les sous-traitants, selon les données reçues de tous les assistants de chantier,
    * Préparation du MPC(Monthly Progress Certificate) pour les sous-traitants (tuyauterie, Structure Métallique & Equipements),
    * Préparation des Avenants et le Certificat de payement, ;
    * Assister la négociation technique et administrative des revendications présentées par les sous-traitants. ;

  • TS LNG - Planning and Cost Control Engineer

    2014 - 2016 Project: (EPC)

    Rehabilitation & Adaptation of Skikda Refinery in North-East of Algeria to increase the Refiner's capacity by 10 percent, to be the biggest Refinery in Algeria, project with a total budget of 1,26 B$.

    Duties:

    * Development of Base Line Schedule using Planning Software MS Project,
    * Preparation of Weekly, Monthly & Three Months Schedule, Updating actual Progress and all related information,
    * Provide advice on construction cost and strategic planning to prospective owners, architects, and engineers,
    * Research, negotiate and support dispute resolution activities,
    * Preparation of BOQ for Sub Contract Works, ;
    * Prepare, submit and manage progress invoices, valuation of changes and finalize contracts (Final Settlement).
    Project: (EPC)

    Réhabilitation et Adaptation de la Raffinerie de Skikda, nord-est de l'Algérie pour augmenter sa capacité de 10 %, pour être la plus grande raffinerie en Algérie, avec un budget total de 1,26 B$.

    Fonctions:

    * Planning général de projet on utilisant le logiciel MS Project,
    * Planning hebdomadaire, trois semaines et mensuelle, suivi réel du chantier chaque fin de semaine,
    * Fournir des conseils sur le coût de la construction (planification stratégique) pour les propriétaires, assistants de chantier, ;
    * Assister les réunions, négocier les réclamations des Sous-traitants, ;
    * Préparation du BOQ pour les travaux des Sous-traitants, ;
    * Préparé, présenter et gérer les factures d'avancement, évaluation des changements, finaliser les contrats (Décompte Final). ;

  • Samsung Engineering - Contracts Engineer

    Séoul 2009 - 2013 Rehabilitation & Adaptation of Skikda Refinery in North-East of Algeria to increase the Refiner’s capacity by 10 percent, to be the biggest Refinery in Algeria, project with a total budget of 1,26 B$.
