Construction of the new OFON Quarter Platform by Eiffel Contractor.

Consumables Certificates as per 3.1B requirements, Lot and level of testing
as per AWS A5.01-93 as follows:
* SMAW : Shielded Metal Arc Welding: E7016-1H4/E7018-1H4; SFA/AWS
A5.1 Class C5
* SAW : Submerged Arc Welding: F7A8-EM12K-H5; SFA/AWS A5.17 Class
S3 for the WIRE and Class F2 for the FLUX
* FCAW: Flux Core Arc Welding: E71T-8J-H10 AWS A5.20/A5.20M Class

Management of QA/QC team (welding, dimensional, painting, procedures),
NDE, Pressure tests, Leak Tests & paint.
In charge of procedural problems and attending project progress meetings.
