Build out the HR function in alignment with the company's high growth levels, creating a sustainable structure.
    EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT: Along with the company's strategic imperatives and values, create a collaborative workforce in ASIA based on shared goal and accountability. Provide opportunity for all associates, effective leadership and a fair and consistent workplace.
    RECRUITMENT and RETENTION:Lead and drive talent acquisition for all business units in ASIA. Partner with the Global recruitment Leadership team to ensure a conscious, deliberate approach to attracting and retaining top talent from both inside and outside the organization.
