  Casual job as a deli assistant in order to improve my English skills by serving customers in
  sliced meats and cheeses. Also selling ready-cooked dishes, weighing olives and dips.

  - Development of automatic night scripts to handle big data volumes and create pre aggregate
  tables
  - Built reports up based on those tables and give quick answers to users by selecting filters on
  the intranet portal
  - Audit assignment of all the statistical programs to optimize the data treatment, space
  management and make future updates easier
  - Responsible for the administration of the intranet portal where SAS reports are stored
  (SAS/HTML).
  
  Analysis & Decision Making
  
  - In charge of updating and formatting all the reports for FBS (France, Belgium, Switzerland)
  Business Unit.
  - Analyze sales, KPI and profit results to identify business trends and opportunities and quantify
  the effects of business changes, initiatives and events. Conduct frequent trend analysis.
  - Identify and recommend division efficiencies and cost saving opportunities. ;
  - Analyze and recommend improvements to work processes/reports to satisfy all users and
  needs.
  - Ensure material feasibility for each new challenge or commercial incentive. ;
  - Alert the top management about potential dysfunctions linked to specific situations
  
  Remuneration
  
  - Calculation of the variable remuneration for CMCAE and FBS Club Med Voyages (CMV)
  perimeters (1,5 M EUR per year)
  - In charge of reports to HR/payroll service in order to establish variable remunerations and
  incentives (sellers/supervisors)
  
  Achievement : Development of an intranet website (PhP/MySQL : www.cmandgo.me) used by
  sellers and agencies managers to consult details of their remuneration and also to manage their
  own resources.
