I am currently in charge of a business unit in a company WIFI based in Paris.
My main mission consists in :
= > supervise projects of my BU,
= > ensure reporting to my customers as well as with my superiors,
= > managing people,
= > plannings,
= > meetings with managers, customers,
= > managing money, equipment orders as well as finding solutions in the differents projects.
I am also in charge of :
* Deployment WIFI projects. I have to handle in parallel many projects (up to 80 to 90 at a time).
* Monitoring fiber deployments in collaboration with suppliers for all Wifirst deployment projects.
I am organized, proactive, and sometimes maybe too stickler, but I think this is a key quality to carry out all the tasks entrusted to me.
