    PETROBRAS NETHERLANDS BV, EPC Tender for a floating LNG facility, in consortium with JCG and Modec, Technip being the leader of the consortium, Lula, Santos Basin, Brazil.


    Apr 2011 – Aug 2011 Planning Manager

    PETROBRAS NETHERLANDS BV, Pre-EPC project (engineering, procurement services and project management) for a floating LNG facility, in consortium with JCG and Modec, Technip being the leader of the consortium, Lula, Santos Basin, Brazil.

    Pre-EPC Contract consisted mainly in inquiring for Long Lead Items and Early Works for Process design.

    Developed simplified Schedule Management Plan for Pre-EPC follow-up.
    Developed and Controlled Pre-EPC Schedule.
    Work performance measurement.
    Performance reports including status review meetings.
