    My role is to help CSPs on their Digital Innovation Strategies. Defining transformation journeys for both operations and services in order to be aligned with a new consumer behaviour, rapidly learning the value of digital experiences with more advanced industries, and an environment where almost everything is connected.

    As a Solutions Manager, I initiated several projects with customers to deliver an omni-channel experience and leverage efficiently all sources of data (e.g. using Analytics to understand and define customer behavior) to provide more intelligent interactions.

    In order to overcome challenges in dropping revenues from usual communication services, I have been involved also in defining new digital service models based on IoT technologies and partnerships with OTT providers.
