Mission :
► Support the BLM to achieve ambitious and profitable growth targets for the territory by:
► Implementing marketing strategies to increase market share, with a strong focus on consolidated profitability.
► Lead & coach the sales team toward the achievement of individual and division targets.
► Assist the BLM (Business Line Manager) in his contacts with the division's marketing, in order to suggest and implement business marketing plans and give feed back on product trends and competition development.
► Use improved territory management tools to increase the market coverage.
► Use internet/intranet, actively embracing with the divisional guidelines.
► Play an active coordinator role in coaching the AIF/AII salesmen product knowledge
► Together with the BLM, develop the pricing strategies for the products involved
► Develop distributors Network to improve market coverage within the region.
