  Paris 2012 - maintenant SFR is sub company of Vivendi group, it is the leader of telecommunication in France, the context of project is to offer all the necessary services for SFR to carry out sales with significant availability, ease and security like Subscription tool, Customer information access, Retailer and Distributor information, Customer Risk management, Remuneration management for distributor and different sales and remuneration reporting.
  
  Roles :
  * Participate in the product improvement with ensuring the application of best practices (technical, process, delivery ...). ;
  * Keep track of the tasks offshore and back progress. ;
  * Help offshore team (in Bangalore INDIA) on the complex technic subject.
  * Follow proper conduct of resolving tasks; make sure it matches what was requested (making test scenarios and doing VALIDATION TEST).
  * Assist the manager with managing new requirements and doing reports
  * Trying to Change the way to manage the project, using the agile method (Scrum).
  * Ensure the use of best practices and the high quality delivery.
  * Coordinate with client and offshore Team to increase customer's satisfaction.

  Paris 2010 - 2012 The context is to provide end-to-end digital manufacturing and distribution solutions across the entire digital supply chain. These modular solutions - Digital Supply Chain, Entertainment Retail and Business Intelligence - are offered on a SaaS (Software as a Service) or managed service basis. Covering music, publishing, TV and film, connect end consumers and retailers to a world of digital content.
  
  Roles :
  * Maintained the existing deployed application. ;
  * Wrote technical speciation for new features and define the impacts.
  * Managed the new web application interfaces with team in offshore (Chennai INDIA).
  * Wrote Document requirements or contribute to user manuals and best practices for developers.
  * Developed individually the technical framework of the new user interface.
  * Assist with On-Call support ;
  * Analyze and troubleshoot production issues. ;

• DirectiNet - System Analyst

  2010 - 2010 DirectiniNet is the leader of tracking in the web and collect of contacts, to anticipate the actual purchase of prospects and re purchase of customers on different media.
  
  Roles:
  * Interacted with internal users and customers to learn and document requirements that are then used to produce business requirements documents.
  * Wrote detailed specifications. ;
  * Developed individually a customer service area with MS Silverlight (RIA).
  * Developed individually the core part (statistical calculation)-C# .Net.
  * Implement tracker in Butineo's website for all media type.

• ESIAG - Junior System Analyst

  2009 - 2010 This is a very technical project (oriented to the industrial, aerospace, in particular), the objective is to achieve a framework (for sensitive applications) to ensure high performance, fault tolerance and load balancing.
