    PARIS 2015 - maintenant Managing 3 business lines: facial cleansing, anti-darkspot/whitening line, and new mask line with total turnover of 170M € in 63 countries.
    - 9 launches developed for 2016 and 2017.
    - Developed a new range of three facial masks from product conception to launch assets. Generated rich always-on content to build a strong digital campaign.
    - Introduced naturality to the facial cleansing range through portfolio restructure and new launches.
    - Restated the whitening line in Asia in a difficult market context, and settled a 3 year vision.
    - Designed one multi-franchise animation to claim the pollution territory with solid scientific support.
  • L'Oréal - International project manager, APAC zone marketing coordinator

    PARIS 2013 - 2015 Adapt global brand strategies into locally relevant plans for the APAC zone. Act as one voice to coordinate a multi-facet region with different portfolio focus, channel mix and business model.
    - Shifted the portfolio landscape within 2 years: established a solid hydration pillar and grew the Anti-aging business by 20%.
    - Assured the execution excellence of Aqualia SPA Mask launch. It has since become a hero product across Asia.
    - Fueled innovation by translating Asian beauty trends into global opportunity: 3 projects integrated in the 3-year plan.
    - As part of the brand transformation in Asia, established a new retail experience including new selling protocol and merchandising design: 6 boutiques opened and 1500 counters renovated.

    PARIS 2012 - 2013 In charge of 3 product lines: acne care (Normaderm), sun care (Ideal soleil) and men care (No.1 in France).
    - Managed independently the 360° of launches and animations.
    - Developed marketing support in all aspects of product launch including PR & Medical relationship, dermo-advisor training and sales force book to promote new launches.
    - Conducted consumer research and video production for men care’s digital campaign.

    Paris 2011 - 2011 - Réalisation d’études détaillées pour la croissance externe de l’activité Private Equity sur de nouveaux marchés.
    - Définition et mise en place d’une méthode de due diligence afin de donner une évaluation des sociétés de gestion.
    - Amélioration de bases de fonds. Production des rapports d’investissements sur les fonds gérés.
  • BNP Paribas - Assistante Directrice Marketing International

    Paris 2010 - 2010 - Participation à la réorganisation de Financial Institutions Group à la suite de la fusion de Fortis bank, appui au top manager pour la révision des portefeuilles de chacun banquier.
    - Préparation des conférences call hebdomadaires entre le FIG management et des FIG bankers. Rédaction des thèmes de discussion et des minutes.
    - Stimulation des échanges d’expertises entre le business lines et les FIG bankers. Coordination des séminaires, des visites de clients institutionnels sur les divers sujets.
  • AXA en France - Contrôleuse financière

    Nanterre 2009 - 2010 - Consolidation des comptes de résultat locaux, suivi par rapport au budget et mise en place des tableaux de bord mensuels.
    - Participation aux processus d'allocation des Management Fees entre entités. Mise en place d’un outil (VBA) aidant à la justification de cette allocation.
