Cost Management was to implement and deploy simple Excel tool to calculate the cost of all the products of the factory and define the optimal selling price for the customers.
Asbestos replacement project has led to the discovery of an asbestos-free friction cheap material that has been a candidate material for low cost products suitable for China market.
