    Play a role in the development of new software application by creating specifications representing the
    requirements of end users).
    Coordinate with Engineering the planning and development of each tool, from the business requirement to the final release.

    2011 - 2012 -Responsible for global training for Project management team.

    -Ensuring consistent training across different offices and increase access to knowledge via clear stored procedures
    -Designating training procedures, utilizing knowledge of effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, on-the-job training, demonstrations and workshops.
    -Organize and develop training manuals, reference library and multimedia visual aids.
    -Improving the quality standards of various procedures and work toward a general gathering of various metrics.

    2007 - 2011 Project management:

    Main activities and responsibilities:
    -Being Worldone’s representative to the client and the client’s representative to Worldone’s teams.
    -Coordinate all internal teams during all the different project’s cycles : Setup – Field – Delivery.
    -Assisting clients with questions on questionnaire’s setup –field-data.
    Pro-actively inform the client and internal teams about project’s progress (Foreseen any issue and suggest solutions).
    -Training and advising other project managers.
    -Managing a team of project managers.
