Project Director
Management of projects from a corporate point of view, particularly in local renewable energy activities, with a special focus on:
-Corporate structuration and governance, negotiation of corporate documentation (articles of association, shareholders agreements, loan agreements, etc.).
-Securing funding (from institutional or private investors), in particular identify funding needs, research investors and arrange associated agreements, in coordination with key stakeholders.
-Coordination with operational teams on corporate and project finance, operational and business development matters.

-Management of the group monthly report process (financial and commercial indicators); presentation to the board.
-In charge of the budgets and clothing accounts processes of the Holding company (100 M€).
-In charge of the presentations and analyses of the group budgets and closing accounts dedicated to the board and to the shareholders.
