    2003 - 2006 Promoted to leader of cost reduction department, reporting to purchasing manager, my tasks were to lead 3 engineers in their different cost reduction projects. Develop new process of project management and components approval. Responsible of all the electrical cost reductions projects with all related tasks: testing plan, components approval, price negotiation, drawing verifications. Evaluate capacity and quality of suppliers. Develop test procedure. Give technical assistance to the buyers. Participate to a DQDC (Delivery Quality Development Cost) team.

  • Electrolux Canada - Electrical lab and agencies coordinator

    2001 - 2003 Coordinate all activities in electrical lab (engineering and agencies CSA & UL): manage a team of 5 technicians, coordinate new electronic oven control conception, participate in and approve all electrical design, manage 300 different harnesses. Technical resource on electric and electronic component for engineering, purchasing and quality department.
