    *Managing the plant, the QSE team and the design office;

    *Efficiency : Plant productivity improvement about 45% without CAPEX;
    *Quality : Product quality rate beyond 99% over one year;
    *Safety : Achievement of zero accident through a new safety approach;
  • OCP - Head of industrial plant

    Casablanca 2011 - 2012 - MISSION :
    * Deploying the group strategy at the plant level;
    * Implementing of lean manufacturing;
    * Managing a team of 350 people including 3 engineers and subcontractors allocated between production, maintenance, logistics and HSE;
    * Maintaining a favorable social climate;
    * Elaborating and monitoring of the OPEX and CAPEX;

    - MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS :
    * Efficiency : Plant productivity improvement about 8%;
    * Cost : controllable cost reduction by almost 6%;
    * Quality : Product quality rate beyond 98% over two years;
    * Safety : Achievement of zero accident through the professional hazard assessment;
    * Environment: Reduction of solid emanations more than 50%.
  • OCP - Production manager

    Casablanca 2009 - 2011 - MISSION :
    * Production controlling and coordinating among the entities: handling, drying plant, storage, manufacturing and shipment;
    * Managing a multidisciplinary team (200 people - three shifts - including subcontractors);
    * Developing and promoting the continuous improvement process culture;
    * Following up the plant KPI’s (PCQHSE) and elaborating actions plan;

    - MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS :
    * The success of two change missions with McKinsey in 2009 and 2011 (Dramatic increase in capacity within 6 months without any negative impact on performance and without any conflict in an environment known to be difficult);
    * The success of the ISO 9001 and 14001 certification of the Business Unit in 2009;
    * Preparation and implementation of the HSE policy;
  • OCP - Production manager in three open pit mines

    Casablanca 1999 - 2009 - MISSION : Directing and coordinating all mine activities: geological studies, planning, drilling, blasting, logistics and screening. Achieving targets: production efficiency, product quality, cost, health, safety, environment and HR development. Managed team: 120 to 400.

    - MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS :
    * Won the Award for Excellence in Consistent TPM Commitment in 2004 and Special Award for TPM Achievement in 2007 from Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance ( JIPM) (delegation member who received the prize in Yokohama in 2008);
    * Professional hazard assessment of all the activity;
    * Transfer of the largest dragline in Khouribga site for 45 days over a distance of 35 Kms (3100T, 11Mm3/year of overburden);
    *Attended the opening of an open pit mine: Implementation of the driveline, production equipments sizing, HR need, and the forecast cost..
  • FORASOL-MAROC - Responsible for drilling sites

    1998 - 1999 Monitoring and control of water drilling on behalf of the DAH and ONEP (The main hydraulic administrations in Morocco)
