Assistance on costumer workshops to define products specifications RFQ. Projects studies: equipments and processes def. Technical backup and support for the commercial department on special projects/products.

- Technical / R&D:

Coordination, training and follow-up of technicians,
Management and organization of the technical department, reporting of the activities of the technical department to the top management.
- Quality / R&D:

Continuous concepts improvement CCI, follow-up of efficiency, PAR, TQM, AMDEC studies. Study, analyze and treatment of claims. Follow-up of application of quality standards during projects start-ups and technicians interventions...
