    2015 - maintenant • Work on complex networking problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various network topologies and protocols
    • Provide in-depth technical support for customers and resellers through standard processes for HPN’s Data Center Networking products, such as 3Com / H3C Legacy Customers, HPN’s Core Data Center and Flex Fabric networking, and HPE networking IMC network management application
    • Review and debug network packet traces, product logs, and existing product configuration
    • Write problem resolution documents for HPE’s knowledge database. Transfer technical knowledge when working with other HPE support engineers to avoid repetitive level 2 elevations
    • Develop and implement technical action plans for problem identification, available workarounds or final problem resolution
    • Develop advanced troubleshooting procedure for complex technical problems
