- 2013 Project “CESAM, open European Market” 6 Sigma Black Belt : Hard saving $ 400K. + 5% local sales : new customers with high quality approval requirement level . Product approval for sales in the European market : 16 million Euros export.
- 2014 Project “DEF - CON2” : Amazing success + 20pts Productivity in Casablanca plant : 60% to 80%, more than 30% capacity without investment. Lean DMAIC approach 6sigma.
