Revision of the quality documents to better define, improve the processes and support continuous improvement
Implementation of all the performance indicators to guarantee the quality of the intellectual property portfolio
Set up of control and inspection points to facilitate detection, correction, and prevention of non- compliances
Creation of internal communication tools to develop good practices and disseminate the department’s technology transfer policy
Implementation of cross departmental quality processes such as project management
