Key responibilities are:
- Develop, implement and/or monitor accounting policies and procedures for the region as required in accordance with US Gaap and Corporate Policies.
- Identify Internal Controls weaknesses and areas for improvement.
- Participate where required and appropriate to the Balance Sheet Reviews conducted in WE region.
- Support where appropriate the Region operations in diverse projects that aim at improving overall operations and processes
- Support the Region in the implementation/coordination of Corporate, Regional or Local initiatives regarding standardization and optimization of processes and activities with a Finance dimension, as well as drive Best Practice sharing in that respect.
- Monitor and coordinate diligences with internal and external auditors.
- Participate to due diligences or vendor diligences in the Region
