Aziz has built 21 years various experiences with Nestle, the International leader in Food technology. Now He is the Technical & Industrial Director in AGRO-FOOD INDUSTRY the first WORLD specialist in manufacturing infant food HALAL with a range of more than 50 references. He is managing AGRO-FOOD INDUSTRY Factories , his mission is summarized :
• Define an industrial policy to be in line with the overall business strategy
• Plan overall allocation of resources between sites
• Make investment choices for production
• Report to the head of Market the results of the activity
• Put in place the Supply stategy for Halal and Biological Raw Materials
He started his career within Nestle in Manufacturing and Quality Assurance, and has spent the last 5 years in Enterprise Resource Planning, Business Intelligence and Systems Integration space.
Aziz has been part of and led from the front many successful project for Maghreb Region.
Aziz was also the Regional Head of ISIT with NESTLE MAGHREB where he manages all ISIT and market operations. He liaises with the Regional Office in Sydney as well as Corporate Headquarters in Switzerland, He manages integration of all services delivered to the Market operating on a Global SAP Solution and Standardised ISIT services.
Aziz, was the voice of the Market .He has intimate knowledge of Market Business needs and Capabilities to effectively perform his Integration and Strategy role.
His scope as head of ISIT is summarized:
• Planning & Budgeting
• Project Management
• Vendor Management
• Change Management
• Strategy and Operations Management
Prior this position, Aziz was part of the Technical and Production stream with NESTLE MORROCO, and undertook many projects like process and cost optimisation in Manufacturing and HACCP for food safety in quality.
Aziz’s technology experience is complimented with process experience namely in the Manufacturing, Food Production, quality & food safety, industrial performance and costing
