  • International SOS - Singapore - Senior Data Manager

    Levallois-Perret 2014 - 2016 In charge of the data for the global Finance transformation project which is the migration of the accounting systems into Oracle.

    This role requires in-depth coordination with the Functional teams (OTC, PTP, RTR) and the Financial teams (Corporate, Regional and countries) to:

    • Collect data from the Billing and Accounting systems (Sunsystems, Contractual Billing).
    • Assess the data quality: mandatory fields,
    • Validate against the Master data (SalesForce.com, Concur, Suppliers).
    • Perform the sub-ledgers reconciliations with the GL and the Group consolidations (Cognos).
    • Provide a dashboard (SSRS) to the country to highlight the data to be cleansed.
    • Structure the data to fit into the Oracle modules templates.
    • Run the Oracle data validation for the loads.
    • Perform post loading reconciliations.
    • Implement the data governance for the project.

  • International SOS - Singapore - Manager, Business reporting

    Levallois-Perret 2011 - 2014 Reporting to the Global Shared Services General Manager, I managed a team of developers and analysts (3 persons in Singapore, 2 in Prague) to:

    • Lead Global Reporting Projects across different business units (Aviation, Assistance, Medical). Using data from Cognos, Sunsystems, Great plains, SQL databases and publishing to various platforms like SharePoint (Excel Services), SSRS.

    • Ensure excellence in the Reports generation and the reports delivery (data governance, standards).

    • Provide and maintain a self-service reporting platform to the Corporate Functions, and to the Regional management teams using Microsoft Reporting Services.

    • Test data visualization tools/platforms for the Business: Tableau, Business Object, Qlikview, Power pivot).

  • International SOS - Singapore - Group Reporting Development Manager

    Levallois-Perret 2009 - 2011 Relocated to Singapore to implement a Global Reporting IT Framework and establish Reporting Standards across the Enterprise. The project was achieved following the below steps:

    • Build a Business Reporting unit for the Group.
    • Create a global forum with reporting analysts to assess the needs and various skills and needs by country. And to control the applications data bases accesses.
    • Build a report inventory (more than 4000 reports found across the Group) and consolidate the needs by function and country.
    • Work with the corporate department for each function to set the standards.
    • Build a global reporting platform with regional data access control.
    • Setup a Service desk management process to manage the incident and the request.
    • Present a monthly project status to Group CFO.
    • Provide the Executive Committee with global reports.

  • International SOS - Reporting and Application Manager

    Levallois-Perret 2006 - 2009 • Work with the Business to build various reporting solutions.
    Risk analysis report for the commercial desk.
    Automated profit and Loss and Balance sheet for the Middle East and Africa Finances.
    Margin accelerating profit report on Business Object for the Europe Region Finances.

    • Project Management: Development of a medical follow-up application for a client (Schlumberger) with an offshore Company (MindTree - India).

    • Manage and support the Applications for 2 Regions (CEMA, EEMEA).
