• Programme Management including directing the day-to-day activities of the project and project team, delivering the contracted solution to the client on time and on budget and meeting or exceeding the financial goals for the project.

• Assist the European Commission with the building of their RFP/RFI/RFQ as well as the revision of the answers they received from the market (Contracts up to €50 Million).

• Support the pre-sales team by identifying and managing new business opportunities including the development of the proposal, its solution design, and estimating its costing/pricing.

• Sourcing and Project management of offshore resources for software development activities (India, Bangalore)

• Travel in many Member States in order to collect the legal / business / security and technical requirements from the stakeholders; those qualitative and quantitative data being incorporated into the feasibility studies in order to produce action plans.

• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of a broad spectrum of technology areas including technology trends, forthcoming industry standards and the latest solution development techniques in order to use this information to formulate and implement organisational strategy.

• Design and integrate complex, leading-edge and business critical solutions for major, Member States or enterprise-wide companies.

• Having extensive knowledge of architectural concepts and design mechanisms such as Service-Oriented Architecture, architectural patterns, component-based design and integration technologies.

• Training and support given to the employees or partners working on the projects

• Control the quality of the deliverables made by a different actors: Business and Solution architects
