2013 - maintenantHonda project: Preparation of FEM models for crash tests
After following one month FEM training on ANSA program in Montreal – Canada, I was in charge of:
-Checking the geometry interferences of CAD models in CATIA V5 and Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire before importing them into ANSA
-Creating FEM models(Meshing, Material and Mass) and their connections using ANSA preprocessor
-Verifying that model mesh are respecting Honda Quality Assurance specifications
-Training for new Engineer
-Acting as Point of contact between the onshore & offshore offices Marokko/ Canada
-Ensuring customer satisfaction as per the service level agreement
