  Responsibilites & Duties
  
  Main duties includes the proper running of the warehouse inclusive receiving issuing and stocking of materials. I have a good understanding of material flow for different projects. Equipped with the knowledge of Oil & Gas industry spare parts and other gadgets, it gives me a proper control and supervision of handling the equipment and running the warehouse smoothly.
  I had categorized the relevant duties as follows as part of my experience as materials controller.
  
  To understand WAREHOUSE PROCEDURES;
  
  Pre-inspection of materials or packing condition before offloading at the port entry.
  Handling & transport conditions of those material.
  Reception at work site, storage and warehousing conformance.
  Witness the crates and box opening, in presence of vendors where required.
  Review and record of relevant documentation conformance: notification of delivery, mill certificates, quality release, MRR …
  Review and follow-up of transit damage reports OS&D. NCR …
  Treaceability management, and transfer of marking where required
  Preservation and maintenance requirements follow-up (tracking)
  Supervision of the implementation of the procedure of material issuance
  Spare-parts and special tools follow-up (tracking register)
  Returnable containers follow-up
  Surplus and scrap material follow-up (tracking)
  Final reconciliation supervision.
  
  Responsible for Logistic and Material section
  
  Control of computerised and manual stock records (including piping materials).
  Liaison with forwarders and transporters for incoming materials.
  Liaison with users on material control, stock availability and to identify possible shortages against MTO/order quantity. Receipt inspection and authorisation issue of material.
  Preparation of material statistics and status reports. Control and tracking of OSD (Overage/shortage/damage & off-spec) reports.
  Plan layout and storage of material in covered Warehouse and designated laydown areas.
  Ensure storage equipment and material handling requirements are adequately maintained to meet the volume of material receipts.
  Control the site requisition movement and storage of all materials

  Gérer et optimiser la gestion des stocks (entrées/sorties), définir et mettre en œuvre les plans d'approvisionnement dans les délais impartis, en liaison étroite avec les fournisseurs et les transporteurs.

  * Détermination et mise en place des plans d'approvisionnement en fonction des besoins et des stocks existants ;

  * Gestion des plannings de réception / d'expédition ;
  * Planification des livraisons avec les fournisseurs en fonction de divers critères (type d'emballages, quantité dans ceux-ci, fréquence des tournées des camions,...) ;
  * Suivi des critères de performance des fournisseurs (délais de livraison, niveaux de qualité, respect des conditions négociées par l'entreprise...) ;
  * Suivi et contrôle qualitatif et quantitatif des marchandises réceptionnées sur logiciel ;

  Capacités majeures
  
  * Concevoir et piloter le plan d'approvisionnement. ;
  * Gérer les stocks, les commandes des articles et le réassort pour minimiser le niveau de stocks sans risquer la rupture. ;
  * Calculer les quantités à commander en fonction des consommations et des délais de livraison. ;
  * Détecter et diagnostiquer les problèmes d'approvisionnement et de livraison (retards, retours, quantités,...). ;
  * Mettre en œuvre des solutions en cas de dysfonctionnements d'approvisionnement. ;
  * Négocier les solutions de rechange avec les fournisseurs, parfois dans l'urgence.. ;
  * Coordonner l'ensemble de la chaîne d'approvisionnement. ;
