    * Negotiate and sign ownership documents with traditional authorities on behalf of the company.
    * Also ensure that lessors possess authentic ownership documents prior to signing of lease agreements with MTN.
    * Communicate activities with team members and other departments as needed.
    * Attend field/site visits for candidate and engineering viability.
    * Review title reports for ownership, encumbrances, and easements/access roads and provide report for leasing viability.
    * Supervisor and coordination of a team of 05 members ;
