Developed a strategy and action plan to reposition UTICA’s International Relations department and enhance its visibility within Tunisia’s external relations arena and among governmental bodies such as FIPA, API, CEPEX, etc
- Built a network of privileged relations with domestic and foreign public authorities and private institutions in order to ensure adequate and effective representation of UTICA members’ interests
- Developed cooperation with both national and international, professional and economic organizations
- Organized several trade missions and led numerous business men delegations aimed at promoting the interests of various economic sectors abroad, investigating business opportunities and developing cooperation
