As an Expert in Outsourcing and ICT Services Management, in my 18+ years working experience, I have pursued a career path specialising in major ICT Pursuits, Projects, Solutions and Services, covering from Enterprise Resources Planning solutions up to major managed services projects.I worked in Automotive (just-in-time service delivery) and IT Outsourcing Services sectors. Valuable years were spent in the Automative Industry at Volkswagen Group. In 2001 I joined the Siemens Business Services (SBS) and took quickly a leadership position in the IT outsourcing services operations management. We won and delivered some of SBS' largest IT Outsourcing deals. In 2004, I joined the Siemens Communications Enterprise Services (Telco), and took the challenge to design and implement the a global Managed Services project, whilst enabling the adoption of the ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) best practices and standards. In 2005, I have been delegated to the Siemens' Head Quarters at Munich (Germany) to extend the concept of Managed Services and Global Sourcing, at a global scale. As leader of global operations team within the project called "Global Services Infrastructure (GSI)", I have designed and successfully implemented the global ITIL processes. Since 2007, acting as a Senior Consultant in the Pre-Sales Support out from Belgium, I took the challenge in the position of the Solution Design Authority (SDA) within the Global Community of the Solution Designers and Architects at Siemens IT Solutions and Services (SIS). Involved in the provision of Consultancy Services to Customers in both a pre- and post-sales phases, I have leveraged my extensive knowledge and experience in ICT business intelligence & information management to successfully design, build and operate by translating today’s most challenging ICT business requirements into innovative and effective solutions that created added value for SIS' customers. Today I am enjoying my current challenge at HP as BPO Bid Manager
