  • Develop and update all technical specifications and tools to improve the quality of the products and / or processes.
  • Perform periodic quality audits to our supplier’s network (over 200 companies on over 50 countries) according to our internal procedures, ISO 9001 and API standards.
  • Monitor the performance of the suppliers and follow-up the non conformities raised from audits or customers’ claims.
  • Enable the development of the Vallourec technologies by performing a surveillance of potential candidates technically capable of joining the supplier’s network.
  • Provide technical training to suppliers and partners on the Vallourec concepts and production & process control methods.
  • Assure and facilitate the communication/collaboration between the supplier’s network and several departments within the Vallourec entity (Marketing, Sales, Field Service, R&D, etc.)
  • Provide training and validate all TPI’s (Third Party Inspectors) on processes and quality standards of Vallourec products.

• Vallourec - Quality Assurance Engineer

  Boulogne-Billancourt 2011 - 2012 • Help obtaining the ISO and API certifications as per the customer's requirements.
  • Enable obtaining the “Supplier's Certifications” from the customer (ARAMCO) and the Vallourec’s internal certification.
  • Set-up the Quality Management System in coordination with the Quality Manager of the site.
  • Develop, write and update all internal technical procedures to be in line with the ISO, API and Vallourec internal standards.
  • Train the personnel on the Vallourec standards' (product requirements, quality, process and product control, inspection, etc.)
  • Manage the metrology lab (2 technicians under my responsibility)

• Valeo - Projects Quality Engineer

  Paris 2010 - 2010 • Manage and audit the SPPC (Special Product and Process Characteristics) from all projects within phases 0, 1 and 2.
  • Analyze the data and perform a statistical control regarding the ISO TS standard (QQOQCP, PDCA, FAI, machine's capabilities, FTA (8D), used on daily basis)
  • Participate to the development of the AMDEC (Failure Analysis) their effects and criticality for the process and products.
  • Perform the surveillance plans and files for the PPAP and EI

• Heudiasyc Laboratory - Development Engineer

  2009 - 2009 • Perform the mechanical conception of a structure for an experimental helicopter in order to be able to accurately test the aerial control programs developed by the PhD students (CAO tools).
  • Build the mechanical structure for the helicopter to allow performing the tests prior to the PhD students' final thesis.
  • Define the material and financial resources of the project with the suppliers and keep everything within budget.
