2017 - 2018Purpose :
Manage Industrial support activities on the 3 maintenance sites (factory, depot and repair center) including method work (time following, task sequence, flow analysis), EHS & ergonomic, maintenance strategy, overhaul, maintenance ON/OFF locomotive, tools definition, facilities definition, training support, implementation of ALSTOM standard (5S, APSYS, LEAN…), participate to the efficiency improvement.
Responsibilities :
• Follows up the Plan application and report on progress
• Monitor maintenance industrial risks
• Implement action plan to fix issues and meet targets
• Implement Develop the Standard Maintenance industrial processes, feedback for improvements
• Follow and monitor industrial performance, support business case analysis
• Define industrial strategy, maintenance ON/OFF locomotive
• Participate to the Return of Experience
• Ensure product safety policy is implemented
• Implement Alstom standards, APSYS, 5S, LEAN
• Follow the planning to get all necessary aspect ready for first operation (tool, training, parts, facilities)
Team management
• Manage the maintenance industrial support team,
• Ensure the development of individual team members.
Maintenance activities specific when on a Rolling Stock projects with or without maintenance
• Support and validate the maintenance plan and LCC deliverables produced by Alstom Services Maintenance platform
• Participate to project efficiency as Service representative by :
• Follow project target against reality, measure and analyse
• Propose improvement
• Ensure that all maintenance documentation is properly specified and validated with associated technical training.
Maintenance activities specific when in Depot :
• Manage industrial performances of the Maintenance activity
• Implement industrial action plan to improve Maintenance performance on site,
• Provide industrial expertise in solving issues
• Implement Training to improve knowledge of staff (skill matrix)
